Product details
Genesis EP batteries can be found in a variety of applications, ranging from electronics, medical technology, and telecommunications to renewable energy and backup power supplies for computers, as well as uninterruptible power supplies (UPS). In addition to their superior performance characteristics, the Genesis EP battery is distinguished by its resistance to demanding external conditions, such as high temperatures and strong vibrations. It is suitable for securing emergency power supply in environments with many people, such as offices or hospitals. The EP battery also offers good cycle and fast charging capabilities, along with a leak-proof design that allows for installation in any position except permanently upside down.
Construction: Valve-regulated lead-acid battery (VRLA) using pure lead-tin technology with absorbent glass mat (AGM). The case and cover are made of polymer plastic, flame-retardant according to UL94 V-0, and highly resistant to impact and vibrations. Separators made of high-quality, microporous glass fleece with maximum absorption and stability. High-quality diluted sulfuric acid is fully absorbed in the separator to prevent leakage in case of accidental damage. Self-regulating pressure relief valves prevent the ingress of atmospheric oxygen.
Installation and operation: The monoblocks can be installed in cabinets or on racks close to the point of use.
