Product details

7-string pickup extended series (88.9 x 38.1 mm). The EMG 85 is a little more sophisticated than its famous brother, the EMG 81. With its Alnico V magnets, it sounds very muscular and rounded, delivering slightly finer lead sounds. It is therefore more versatile and covers everything from blues to extreme metal. Although it is often used on the neck, it is a fantastic bridge pickup and is compatible with virtually any other EMG humbucker. Colour: chrome.
