Hey Gomixoom.
Ich besitze dieses Produkt nun auch seit einer Weile und habe dieses Problem nicht.
Falls nicht schon probiert:
Ich empfehle die neuste Version von der Elgato Webseite runter zu laden.
Die Software de-installieren, PC neustarten (da diese Software mit diversen Treibern mitkommt)
Nach dem Neustart die neu heruntergeladene Version installieren.

Wenn das nicht hilft ist dir der Elgato
