This protective lacquer, DCA 200H, meets various standards including DEF STAN 59/47, BS.3G100, MIL-STD-810C, RTCA D0160A, ARINC600, and UL 746C. It offers excellent adhesion in all climatic conditions, including high altitudes, vacuum, and tropical climates, and is resistant to ultraviolet rays. The product is also resistant to solvents, lubricants, coolants, and mould, with good dielectric properties at all frequencies. The protective coating thickness ranges from 25 to 50 μm, and it can be inspected with ultraviolet light. It can be soldered through without the formation of toxic gases and is non-corrosive with cadmium and zinc alloys, containing no phenol. The lacquer has passed complex adhesion tests, as well as tests in salt spray and with various solvents. It features a high-gloss protective coating made of modified silicone resin, suitable for applications under extreme conditions, particularly in the automotive, defense, aerospace, telecommunications, and radar systems industries.
