Electro-Voice Electro Voice ELX200-12P

The Electro Voice ELX200-12P is an active speaker featuring a Class-D amplifier that delivers up to 1200 watts of power, along with a QuickSmartDSP that can be easily controlled via a mobile app.

This active speaker is equipped with a 12" high-performance woofer and a 1" titanium compression driver. This combination of drivers ensures a powerful yet balanced sound. The new plastic housing allows for significant weight savings in the ELX200 series. Naturally, the speaker can also be used as a stage monitor, as the housing has a monitor wedge on one side.

Notably, the new QuickSmartDSP can be controlled via an app over Bluetooth. The following features can be easily managed with the app:

• 3-band equalizer
• 4 pre-programmed presets (Music, Live, Speech, Club)
• Edit and recall user programs
• Check limiter status
• Adjust input level
• Adjust master volume
• Set crossover frequency
• If the phone runs out of battery, all settings can be adjusted on the display located on the back of the speaker.

The back also houses various connections. There are 2 combo jacks and an RCA input, which can be used to connect a phone, for example. An XLR output is available for connecting to a subwoofer or another speaker.
