With this 40 mm long acrylic extension tube, an EK-RES X3 reservoir (150, 250, or 400 mm) from EK Water Blocks can be further upgraded when equipped with the alternative EK-RES X3 Multiport TOP cover.

The mentioned alternative cover made of black acetal adds additional G1/4-inch ports to the top of an X3 reservoir. Normally, these ports can only function as inlets where the coolant flows in.

However, by screwing one of the acrylic tubes offered here with its thread onto one of the ports from the inside, so that the small tube hangs inside the larger reservoir tube, the corresponding port can now also be used as an outlet from which the coolant is pumped out.

Due to its length of 4 cm, this version of the EK-RES X3 Internal Tube can be used with the variants of the EK-RES X3 reservoir that are 15, 25, or 40 cm long.
