Cat.7 Raw Cable: More Data Through the Line
The Cat.7 network cable is essentially an upgrade to the Cat.6A patch cable. It is equipped with a Cat.7 raw cable designed for an operating frequency of up to 600 MHz and a transmission speed of up to 10 Gbit/s. In contrast, the Cat.6A raw cable has an operating frequency of 500 MHz. With the increased frequency, the Cat.7 patch cable can handle significantly more data traffic when using Cat.6A connectors. Additional safety is provided by the halogen-free outer sheath of the Cat.7 cable. The patch cables are produced with a Cat.7 raw cable to ensure the highest possible performance. They are perfect for use in high-speed networks and for connecting routers, switches, lighting systems, digital displays, computers, or any of the many new IoT devices.
