Edsyn Vacuum tweezers and flux applicator

Vacuum tweezers and flux applicator are supplied with an angled pick-up needle LN 270 and a suction cup SP 375 of approximately 9mm, as well as a plastic application needle suitable for lifting and placing SMT components that have been desoldered and are to be re-soldered, or for moving component pallets via vacuum. Flux can be filled into the chamber in the handle and applied in two different ways to the components to be soldered, even in narrow areas on the PCB.

Two different application possibilities of flux allow for varying application quantities (gentle pressure in the flexible area equals a large application quantity). There are two separate application types possible without conversion; simply turn the tool around and it is ready for use. The following application variants are possible: one vacuum pick-up and one flux dispenser (included in the scope of delivery), or two vacuum pick-ups (optionally available as an accessory), or two flux dispensers (optional accessories, not included).

This versatile tool can be handled flexibly and offers a large optional selection of application needles, holding needles, and suction cups.
