Edsyn Vacuum tweezers and flux applicator

Vacuum tweezers and flux applicators are supplied with an angled pickup tip LN 270 and a suction cup SP 375 with a diameter of approximately 9 mm, as well as a plastic application needle suitable for lifting and placing SMT components that have been desoldered and need to be resoldered, or for moving component pallets using vacuum. Flux can be filled into the chamber in the handle and applied to the components to be soldered in two different ways, even in tight areas on the circuit board.

Two different application methods for the flux allow for varying amounts to be dispensed. Gentle pressure in the flexible area corresponds to a large dispensing volume. There are two separate application types possible without reconfiguration; simply flip the tool over and it is ready to use. The following application variants are possible: a vacuum pickup and a flux dispenser (included), or two vacuum pickups (available as optional accessories), or two flux dispensers (optional accessories, not included).

This versatile tool can be handled flexibly and offers a wide optional selection of application needles, holding needles, and suction cups.
