This marker's ink can withstand very hot washes, including boil wash cycles up to 95°C, which makes it ideal for marking all kinds of textiles. The ink used in the edding 8040 dries quickly, is smudge-proof and abrasion-resistant, and is gentle on natural and synthetic materials. The fine tip is ideal for precise marking when space is at a premium, such as on laundry labels.
