Ecovacs Mini Grau

In our test, the compact Ecovacs Winbot Mini offers solid cleaning performance, but leaves many streaks on heavily soiled surfaces. It maintains a large distance from the window edge and is supplied without a docking station. The robot scores points with its Bluetooth app, although it does contain occasional translation errors.

With its small dimensions and low weight, this robot is designed for small glass segments or shower walls. The housing shape allows for systematic corner detection, with the nozzles evenly wetting the glass. However, the working speed is too slow for large window areas.

The Ecovacs Winbot Mini clearly gets a recommendation from the editorial team. It is not only the best-rated window cleaning robot in IMTEST to date when looking at the bare (grade) figures, it was also convincing in practical use: It is extremely easy to use, whether with or without the app, and its performance is impressive across the board...

The Winbot Mini impresses with its effortless window cleaning and complex safety features. I have affectionately christened our window cleaning robot "Winnie" and he has already been allowed to clean some of our windows. It's really easy to use and it's a great addition to our household. However, I would find it even more practical if the robot could run on battery power.
