Eaton xComfort Heating actuator, 12-way

The heating actuator can control 230 V thermoelectric actuators for up to 12 different heating and cooling zones. It can be installed directly in the heating distribution box and requires a 230 V power supply. Primarily, it is used for the regulation of surface heating and cooling systems (e.g., underfloor heating), but it is not limited to that. It receives room setpoint and actual values from Room Controllers, Room Managers, or Home Managers. The heating actuator has an integrated pump control and heat demand function, allowing the heating pump and heat generator to be connected both locally and via a switching actuator. With the option for external switching via a change-over signal, this control system is suitable for heating and cooling in single-circuit systems. A dew point sensor can interrupt the cooling function in the event of condensation.
