With the compact controller easy Control, Moeller continues the success story of its easy relay series consistently. Easy Control in the easy800 housing enhances the existing easy range by providing higher performance and bridging the gap between easy relays and programmable logic controllers. With the IEC 61131-3 based programming tool easy Soft CoDeSys and a program memory of 256 k, users receive a sophisticated compact controller. The compact controller can be combined with Moeller's standard easy system. Through the integrated CANopen interface, communication options with nearly all automation devices are available. Whether CANopen or easy.NET: thanks to the combined CANopen interface, users can decide on their own networking structure. Various peripheral devices can be connected to the CANopen interface, such as decentralized I/O systems, drives, HMIs, etc. Ethernet is optionally available on board and meets corresponding requirements such as OPC servers, easy programming, and integration into existing infrastructures. Easy Control is available in 16 product variants (depending on the variant, relay or transistor, with or without display, with or without Ethernet, with or without analog output) and is designed as a compact controller for applications in mechanical engineering, as a solution for devices and handling systems, or for use as a convenient logic and switching module. The compact controller opens up entirely new options. The well-known and widely used programming system CoDeSys from 3S is used for programming. Easy Soft CoDeSys includes all five programming languages according to IEC61131-3 (AWL, KOP, FBS, ST, AS) as well as the free graphical function block editor CFC. Notably, the complete simulation of the project is possible even without a connected PLC (Offline Simulation).
