The bidirectional DC laboratory power supplies of the PSB 10000 series from EA Elektro-Automatik are two-quadrant devices that can function both as a power supply and as an electronic load. In load operation, the DC power supplies operate regeneratively, feeding energy back into the local power grid with an efficiency of over 96%. The PSB 10000 series includes single-phase and three-phase devices that can accommodate nearly all grid voltages worldwide due to their wide input range.
