Dzofilm Vespid Prime Macro 90 T2.8 for PL/EF Mount

The relatively small and lightweight DZOFilm Vespid Macro 90mm T2.8 lens is part of DZOFilm's Vespid lens series and is ideal for independent and high-end full-frame cinematography. This macro lens has a front diameter of 80mm, so it can be used with virtually any cine-style matte box. The small size makes this lens an attractive option for employees working with drones and gimbals, as well as for handheld or on-the-fly shooting. The interchangeable PL mount and included EF mount allow the fully manual lens to be used on a wide range of modern and legacy film cameras, while the full-frame coverage supports sensors with an image circle of up to 46.5mm, allowing it to be used on cameras with sensors up to full-frame without vignetting. The 16-blade diaphragm, which is used on all Vespid prime lenses, creates out-of-focus highlights that contribute to the natural-looking bokeh of the lens. The focussing ring has a rotation range of 300° for precise focusing, and the aperture ring has a generous rotation range of 68°. The toothed rings on the focus and aperture ring make the lens compatible with cine accessories such as follow focus units, lens motors and lens control systems.
