DPA d:screet 4060 stereo set

The d:screet stereo microphone set is an affordable and flexible stereo recording solution for project studios and discreet microphone setups on stage. It includes a complete stereo pair, featuring two hand-selected condenser microphones with a cardioid pickup pattern, chosen with a sensitivity tolerance of ±1.5 dB. The set comprises two d:screet 4060 miniature microphones with a cardioid pattern (normal SPL) as well as a selection of mounting accessories. This also includes the BLM6000 boundary layer adapter, which can be used with the d:screet 4060, 4061, 4062, and 4063 miniature microphones for placement on reflective surfaces such as floors, walls, ceilings, piano lids, etc. This allows the microphones to capture the room sound. The sound captured from this "pressure zone" is more sensitive, clearer, and has greater speech intelligibility than sound captured from "free air." This solution acts as an "acoustic zoom." The set comes with extensive accessories, including the DMM0007 universal surface mount. Thanks to this holder, all types of instruments, from acoustic guitars to concert grand pianos and drums, can be recorded at the best sound position. This mount uses special adhesive discs for attachment that leave no residue.
