The 4488 CORE directional headset offers an open and natural sound, making it ideal for speech applications and vocal performances. It provides excellent off-axis rejection in high sound pressure level situations, efficiently suppressing distant sound sources, making it perfect for demanding live performances where background noise and feedback are a concern. The bass response is designed for optimal linearity at a distance of 2-3 cm from the sound source, meaning that the bass roll-off is relatively pronounced at greater distances. This is a crucial factor in suppressing background noise and avoiding feedback.
