The 4466 CORE headband microphone with a spherical pickup pattern combines the well-known 5mm capsules with CORE by DPA technology and the award-winning headset recognized with the Red Dot Award. These are the most advanced headsets, safe, durable, and flexible for segments such as theater, broadcast, church, and conference. One size fits all head sizes and shapes, featuring a comfortable three-point holding system over, under, and behind the ear, easy to adjust neckband size, boom length, and placement, with 90° cable routing that keeps the cable invisible, and a non-reflective PVD surface on the neckband, boom, and capsule. This spherical microphone delivers clean and transparent sound quality with plenty of headroom. The microphone sensitivity is 6 mV/Pa, which corresponds to the level of the human voice and the general input sensitivity of most wireless transmitters. With proper power supply, the microphone can handle very high sound pressure levels up to 134 dB SPL, allowing users to speak and sing into the microphone without a hint of distortion. The maximum sound pressure level is an impressive 144 dB. The new universal-sized headband features the most refined design on the market.
