The two included microphone mounts can be attached to the instrument with screws. The 4099 CORE+ comes with an XLR adapter and can easily be connected to a wireless system with an optional adapter. This means you are no longer tied to a specific wireless system. If conditions change, you can simply swap out the adapter instead of purchasing an entirely new microphone.
