The Dorr Iris Softbox is a great diffuser for portrait photography, as it provides a round light that doesn't detract from the model's eyes. It is easy to attach to the camera, using the external flash fitted to the camera to create a soft, diffused effect on otherwise harsh artificial light. The inner hole measures 13 cm, while the entire diffuser has a radius of 45 cm. The measurement from the middle of the lens hole to the base of the flash hole is 18.5 cm, and to the top of the flash hole, it is 21 cm. The depth of the diffuser is 16 cm.
The unit folds into a bag with an overall radius of approximately 8 inches, making it easy to carry and store.
