DJI OM 5

With the DJI OM 5, the selfie stick celebrates a successful comeback. The gimbal brings calm to action-packed scenes. The folding design makes it compact, the magnetic mount ensures quick readiness for use. The only drawback: because of the extendable telescopic rod for great selfie shots, it doesn't fit a larger battery - so the OM 5 has a rather mediocre runtime.

... There was nothing to complain about in terms of heat development, even during longer operating times. The battery is charged via USB-C port and lasted up to six hours in our test under normal conditions. Our test conclusion is very good. The OM 5 will be available in the colours Sunset White and Athens Grey for 159 euros in the DJI shop.

Those who expected a revolution may be disappointed. But for the paltry ten euros more, the purchase is definitely worth it. Stick and grip, weight and pleasant handling of the controls make the OM5 a worthy successor.
