The damaged hardware is replaced with new or equivalent new hardware, giving you peace of mind and confidence in using your Osmo Pocket. Activation of DJI Care Refresh can be done within 30 days of the device's initial use. Additionally, you have the option to extend the protection by purchasing an additional one-year plan up to two times, allowing you to enjoy protection for a total of up to three years. During the validity period of the service, the official manufacturer's warranty remains in effect, providing additional protection.
