Digitus Patch cable

The 15-meter long Category 6 Ethernet cable transmits data at speeds of up to 1000 Mbit/s (1 Gbit/s), making it ideal for fiber-optic internet speeds in home networks. Cat6 LAN cables (Class E) offer excellent connectivity characteristics for gigabit networks in both private and corporate environments, with a maximum bandwidth of 250 MHz. The RJ45 connector is compatible with networks using Cat 5e, Cat 6A, Cat 7, and Cat 8 cables. It is compatible with devices such as FritzBox, gaming consoles like Xbox and Playstation, computers, televisions, and printers. Patch cables connect modems, DSL routers, switches, and patch panels in the server room via network sockets or power lines to Wi-Fi access points, PCs, laptops, wireless repeaters, and surveillance cameras. It features an LSZH outer sheath for good fire behavior and low smoke emission. The inner conductor is made of copper (Cu). Compatible with Power over Ethernet (PoE+). The connectors have strain relief, bend protection, and latch protection. The Digitus Category 6 Class E patch cables are manufactured and tested according to the ISO/IEC 11801 and DIN EN 50173 Cat 6 standards. They ensure that the cable installation complies with the ISO & EN channel specifications and provide excellent performance in Digitus Cat 6 cabling. The performance has been tested up to 250 MHz, including performance characteristics such as near-end crosstalk (NEXT). The Digitus patch cables have been specifically designed to meet all requirements in various application areas. Each cable is equipped with a molded bend protection sleeve with strain relief. Additionally, the sleeve features latch protection to prevent the cables from snagging and the latch from breaking off the connector. Easy identification of Category 6 is facilitated by the red coloring of the connectors.
