Since the beginning of 2013, visual artist István Seidel has been exploring Sacred Geometry, particularly the Flower of Life, which represents a fundamental pattern underlying all life on Earth and dates back to ancient philosophers like Plato and Pythagoras. He chooses panel painting, a Renaissance technique using self-ground pigments and various oils on wood, to express his emotions. The mandalas reflect very specific natural experiences corresponding to the month they represent.
