The WS2812-16 RGB LED ring lamp is equipped with 16 different LEDs arranged in a ring. It can be controlled via a signal line using a microcontroller like the Arduino, and additional LED rings can be cascaded. The LEDs are capable of displaying 16 million colors and can create color gradients and other patterns together. The LED ring lamp is suitable for DIY applications, countdown timers, and displaying the time.
