Product details

With the Gravity MOSFET Driver Module, you can control large currents up to 20A with your microcontroller or Raspberry Pi. You can operate the module like a relay, but also with PWM. The module supports a logic level for activation ranging from 3.3V to 10V, making it universally applicable. The VIN connection supports 5 to 36V DC and 0 to 20A input current. If the current exceeds 10A, we recommend installing an external heat sink. The MOSFET can be used at a switching frequency of up to 1KHz.

Info: The MOSFET power controller features a PH2.0-3P Gravity connector. You can reconfigure the included connection cable by plugging in a 10cm male Dupont M-M cable to also use it with an Arduino UNO.

Technical details:

  • VIN operating voltage: 5V-36V DC
  • VIN operating current: 0A-20A (an external heat sink is recommended for currents over 10A)
  • Logic level voltage: 3.3 to 10V DC
  • Switching frequency: 0-1KHz
  • Switching behavior: T(on)=20us/T(off)=50us
