Product details
The DFRobot I2C ADS1115 16-bit ADC module can accurately capture and convert analogue signals. The module is also compatible with the Raspberry Pi so you can easily connect analogue sensors to the Raspberry and evaluate them. This ADC module uses the 16-bit ADC chip ADS1115 and can be operated with an operating voltage of 3.3 to 5V. The chip has a precision reference voltage and programmable gain adjustment (PGA), therefore accurate acquisition and conversion can be performed for both weak and highly variable signals. Thus, it can also be used for all kinds of applications where the main control board needs to accurately capture the analogue signals. One ADC module can capture analogue signals from 4 channels. Because of the built-in I2C address selector, it supports cascading of two ADC modules. Thus you could evaluate analogue signals of up to 8 channels.
Attention: The voltage at the analogue input pins must be less than VCC+0.3V!
Features ADS1115:
High precision due to 16-bit resolution
