Product details

This is a triaxial accelerometer from DFRobot. The ADXL345 is a small, powerful accelerometer with a high resolution of 13 bits and a wide measurement range of ±16 g. The sensor is well-suited for both static applications to measure gravitational acceleration (tilt applications) and for dynamic acceleration, motion, or shock. Its high resolution (4 mg/LSB) allows for the measurement of tilt changes of less than 1 degree. The sensor also features special functionalities such as activity measurements (motion detected, adjustable via a threshold), inactivity measurements (no motion detected), touch detection, and free-fall detection. These sensor functions can be individually assigned to one of two output pins.
