Product details
In servos, if the mechanical load exceeds the specifications, it can lead to damage to the gearbox or overheating. With these special clutch servos featuring a clutch function and electronic protection, overload or damage can no longer occur. If the angle of a servo is altered by external forces during normal operation, the servo can automatically reset and continue to operate through the clutch function, preventing damage. The additional electronic protection shuts off the blocked servo after 5 seconds to avoid overheating. This servo has a high torque, stable performance, precise running angle, and is easy to install. When operated at 6V, it achieves a stall torque of 6Kg. There is no limited stop inside the servo, allowing it to rotate smoothly in 360 degrees (manual only). You can control the servo using the servo libraries from your Arduino IDE and operate it with a maximum 180-degree rotation within the pulse range of 500-2500μsec.
