The reduced contact area and large ventilation channels of the Deuter Airstripes back system, combined with perforated shoulder straps and hip fins, ensure maximum air circulation and even weight distribution for a secure fit in any terrain. A flat-shaped lid allows for plenty of head movement even when wearing a helmet. Loops on the shoulder straps keep the carabiners of the via ferrata set within easy reach. Thanks to the large zipper opening at the front and the side pockets, gear is always easily accessible.
