The HD21-ABE-17 IAQ Monitor is a laboratory and portable device for analyzing indoor air quality (IAQ). The device simultaneously measures the following values: carbon dioxide (CO2), carbon monoxide (CO), atmospheric pressure, temperature, and relative humidity. It automatically calculates the dew point, wet bulb temperature, absolute humidity, mixing ratio, and enthalpy. It is suitable for enclosed spaces where people are present, such as kitchens, bathrooms, changing rooms, and swimming pools, which also fall under high humidity conditions. The measurement of CO2 concentration allows for conclusions to be drawn about chemical, physical, and biological pollutants. The devices feature a wide dot matrix display with a resolution of 160 x 160 pixels. Typical applications of the devices include measuring IAQ (indoor air quality) and comfort conditions in schools, offices, and enclosed spaces, analyzing and investigating sick building syndrome (headaches, nausea, irritations) and its resulting effects, testing the efficiency of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, as well as examining indoor air quality in factories to optimize the microclimate and improve productivity.
