Deltaco EV charging cable

The 5-meter long Deltaco EV-1225 charging cable has a maximum charging power of 3.6 kW at 16 A. This single-phase charging cable is equipped with a protective contact plug for Type 2 connections, making it suitable for most modern electric vehicles. The protective contact plug allows for charging at a standard household socket with a CEE 7/7 connection (Schuko, Germany).

With an IP66 certification, the cable is protected against dust and strong jets of water, making it ideal for charging your electric vehicle in any weather conditions. The charging cable is compatible with all modern vehicles with a Type 2 connection, including brands such as Audi, BMW, Hyundai, Kia, Mercedes, Porsche, Seat, Skoda, Tesla, Volkswagen, and Volvo. The connections of the charging cable are silver-plated. The single-phase cable is made from TPE material, which offers good resistance to oil and UV light.

The charging cable is monitored through bidirectional communication, meaning there is an exchange of information between the vehicle and the charger. Before the charging process begins, a self-test is performed to ensure that the cable is properly connected and that the car can be charged.

A mechanical lock secures the charging cable to protect it from theft and unauthorized use. Disconnect the charging cable first at the Type 2 connection of your vehicle after the charging process. The cable must not be repaired or spliced, as this may compromise safety and functionality.
