Product details

The cable is made from a TPE material that offers good resistance to oil, abrasion, and UV light. It remains flexible even in cold temperatures. Type 2 sockets are now the EU standard and are used by automotive manufacturers such as Audi, BMW, Hyundai, Kia, Mercedes, Porsche, Seat, Skoda, Tesla, Volkswagen, and Volvo. The vehicle charging process is monitored through bidirectional communication between the car and the charger. When the cable is connected to the car, a self-test is performed to ensure that the cable is properly connected and that the car is ready to receive power before charging begins. The cable connections are mechanically locked when power is supplied, providing protection against theft and unauthorized use during the charging process. After charging, unlock the car to release the mechanical lock, and first disconnect the charging cable from the car side to separate it from the charger.
