This splitter from Delock is designed to connect two DisplayPort monitors to a computer with a USB-C interface that supports DisplayPort Alternate Mode. Both monitors can be operated simultaneously from the outputs.
The product is a Multi-Stream Transport (MST) hub and supports extended desktop configuration via DisplayPort. On Windows, the connected monitors are controlled individually and can be combined into a single large display.
If the connected computer does not support MST, the ViewXpand technology is activated. This allows multiple monitors with the same resolution to be recognized as a single large display, enabling desktop representation across multiple external monitors, including on Mac OS. The maximum resolution is 3840 x 1080 at 60 Hz.
