This reverse breakout cable from Delock can be used for the internal connection of various SAS devices, such as an HDD backplane with a Mini SAS connector to a controller with 4 SATA connections. The metal clips on the SATA connectors allow for a secure snap-in connection.

Note:

  • It is not possible to use SAS hard drives with a SATA controller.
  • To connect a SAS controller with SFF-8087 to 4 SATA hard drives, please use Delock item 83313 (forward breakout) instead.
