Product details

This adapter from Delock emulates a monitor, so the signal source does not turn off the signal or change the resolution even without a connected screen. The adapter contains a standard set of EDID/DDC data, but it can also read and store the data from a connected monitor.

Additional features: The number of DP lanes for data transmission (1, 2, or 4) can be selected depending on the desired resolution. With the HPD (Hot Plug Detect) button, the connection to the connected monitor can be turned on and off like during hot plugging.
