This card reader can be installed in a PC slot of a computer and is connected via the SATA interface on the motherboard. The CFast card functions as expanded storage or like a hard drive with an operating system, from which it can also be booted.
Connections: external: 1x CFast slot; internal: 1x SATA 7-pin connector, 1x SATA 15-pin connector. Push to Push CFast slot (snap-in function). Bootable. Supports CFast Type I / II memory cards. Supports CFast 1.0 and 2.0. Suitable for standard and low profile form factors. OS independent, no driver installation required.
