With this adapter from Delock, a USB Type-C (DisplayPort Alternate Mode) monitor can be connected to a free DisplayPort interface of a PC or notebook.

Ideal for portable USB-C monitors
The adapter allows for the connection of a portable monitor to a DisplayPort interface while simultaneously powering the monitor. To do this, only a power supply that matches the monitor's input power needs to be connected to the adapter.

USB Power Delivery (USB PD 3.0) support up to 85 watts
The adapter features a USB Type-C Power Delivery port. When a power supply is connected to this port, the device connected via the USB-C plug will be charged during operation with up to 85 watts.
