On stage or at a photo-video set, Gaffer Tape is a fully-fledged team member, but it can leave unwanted traces in the form of adhesive residues after the gig. That's exactly why we have the Defender EXA-TAPE®, which can be removed without leaving any residue and has been developed to meet today's needs in the stage, audio-video, and construction sectors.
The EXA-TAPE® is a high-quality cloth tape—commonly known as Gaffer Tape—for professional use. It can be easily torn by hand and has a clean tear edge without fraying.
The secret lies in the cellulose fabric. EXA-TAPE® is coated with a special natural rubber adhesive that sticks to almost all surfaces and allows for residue-free removal despite its strong adhesive power.
Stick hard, but leave no traces
This applies not only to the adhesive strength and residue-free nature of the tape but also reflects our goals and beliefs in producing sustainable products and packaging. The packaging is held together without adhesive and is made from recycled materials.
The EXA-TAPE® is available in various colors: matte black, which does not reflect stage light, glossy black, glossy silver, and glossy white, for example, to label or mark important positions.
