You can attach them in an X or O shape, or use the black cylinders to position the spheres further apart. After your workout, you should massage yourself in the evening or the next day. Once you have adjusted the stick to the area to be massaged and the desired intensity, hold it by both handles and roll it back and forth over the muscle for relaxation or from bottom to top for drainage.
