This modular, customisable massage wand allows you to massage different muscle groups with just one product. You can simply remove the two detachable hemispheres and place them anywhere on the bar to create an X or O shape. The black cylinders make it possible to attach the balls at a greater distance from each other. After training, it is advisable to massage the muscles to promote recovery and improve flexibility.
