Product details

The largest speaker in the series, with a height of just over one meter, boasts a substantial volume. To ensure that the two 180 mm (7'') mid-bass drivers deliver precise, distortion-free, and deep-reaching bass, the cabinets are reinforced internally with sturdy cross braces. This minimizes disruptive cabinet resonances that could affect sound quality.

The Oberon 7 also features a specially developed tweeter with an exceptionally large, extremely lightweight 29 mm textile dome. It handles the reproduction of all frequencies above 2,300 Hertz and has such a wide dispersion characteristic that the Oberon 7 does not need to be oriented towards the listening position but can stand perpendicular to the rear wall.

This floor-standing speaker is highly recommended as an exceptionally musical transducer for stereo playback as well as for the front main channels of a home theater setup.
