The MXT 14 is a professional 24V charger designed for commercial vehicles where batteries need to perform at their best. It is ideally suited for buses, trucks, and commercial vehicle workshops. The MXT 14 is equipped with all the features and functions necessary to solve a variety of battery issues. It offers functions such as battery diagnostics, which indicate whether the battery can accept and hold a charge, a special reconditioning function to restore deeply discharged batteries with acid stratification, a unique maintenance charging function, and a temperature sensor for optimized, weather-independent charging. Additionally, it has a power supply function that allows the battery to be disconnected from the vehicle without losing important configurations. The MXT 14 is a fully automatic 8-stage charger with a charging current of 14A for 24V batteries ranging from 28 to 300Ah, as well as for maintenance charging of up to 500Ah. The charger has an IP44 protection rating, is designed to protect vehicle electronic systems, and is spark-proof, reverse polarity, and short-circuit protected.
