The PCI Express card from CSL (2x USB 3.0 external / Dualport header internal) can be connected to any Express slot. Expand your computer with two additional USB 3.0 ports and an internal dualport header for extra front connections.
This keeps you extremely flexible, allowing you to connect various USB devices such as scanners, MP3 players, card readers, or printers. The faster USB 3.0 transfer technology (data rates of up to 5 GBit/s) is gradually replacing the outdated USB 2.0 standard (data rates of up to 480 MBit/s).
Thanks to backward compatibility with USB 2.0/USB 1.1 devices, you remain flexible and can easily continue using your older existing devices (USB 2.0 and USB 1.1) with the controller card. The PCI Express card is powered via a 4-pin Molex connector.
