The Koch Jupiter 45 Black is a hybrid guitar amplifier that combines tube preamp technology with high-quality MOS-FET transistors in the power stage. This design delivers the classic warm tube sound while providing increased reliability and reduced maintenance compared to traditional all-tube amplifiers. With two channels, Clean and Overdrive, and a shared 3-band equalizer, it features an OD boost, a contour switch, and built-in reverb for versatile sound shaping. The unique dimmer function allows for precise volume control, making it suitable for home practice, studio recordings, and live band performances. It is equipped with a single 12-inch Koch VG12-60 speaker and comes with a Koch Dynacon high-end speaker cable as well as an FS2 footswitch for convenient channel switching. The amplifier uses two 12AX7-ECC83 tubes in the preamp section and boasts a sleek black finish with a vintage-inspired aesthetic.
