The thermally conductive compounds of Cooler Master HTK-002 are grease-like silicone materials that are heavily filled with thermally conductive metal oxides. This combination promotes high thermal conductivity, low bleed-out, and high temperature stability. These compounds resist consistency changes at temperatures up to 177 °C and provide a positive thermal transfer interface to enhance the heat flow from the electronic device to the heatsink or case, thereby increasing the overall efficiency of the device.
