The HX5R is simply charged via the integrated USB plug under the end cap to a USB port. This can be, for example, a power bank on the road or a USB car adapter in the vehicle. The high luminosity with 340 lm and a range of up to 178 m allow a good illumination. At close range or in buildings, the luminosity of 75 lm and a range of up to 80 m is sufficient. For this purpose, the HX5R can be easily focused and the included clip can be mounted in either direction.
