The Club 3D CAC-1557 cable is a DisplayPort signal converter. The USB Type-C to DisplayPort 1.4 cable is the simplest solution to connect your USB Type-C equipped source that supports DisplayPort Alternate Mode to a DisplayPort 1.4 monitor, TV, or projector, and vice versa. Powered through the USB Type-C port, the cable requires no external power supply and is ideal for use with the latest notebooks, MacBook (Pro), and tablets.

The USB Type-C to DisplayPort 1.4 cable supports UHD resolutions up to 4K UHD at 120Hz or 8K at 60Hz for a clear and sharp image, as well as HDR. The support for 120 frames per second delivers exceptionally smooth video playback. Use the cable to play games, watch videos, or browse the internet on your USB Type-C or DP 1.4 capable product and display it on your ultra-high-definition monitor or TV. It supports up to 8 audio channels, enabling high-definition digital audio and video. It does not support Dual Mode DisplayPort (DP++).

The USB Type-C to DisplayPort 1.4 cable is compatible with all operating systems. It supports all USB Type-C products with DisplayPort ALT Mode and operating systems, including but not limited to Apple OS X, Windows 7, 8.1, and 10, as well as Google Chrome OS.
