This allows the wine to mature safely under optimal conditions until it reaches its peak. Secure aging: The MILLESIME240DB features a triple-glazed door with Low-E glass, ensuring high-performance insulation, as well as a lock. These humidors are equipped with a remote-controlled system that sends notifications to a smartphone or tablet when the temperature changes, the charcoal filter needs to be replaced, or the door has been left open. Temperature control: This humidor has a dual temperature zone system, making it suitable for both storing and tempering wines. The upper zone of the MILLESIME240DB wine cellar operates within a range of 5°C to 12°C, while the lower zone can be operated from 12°C to 20°C. The advantage of different temperature zones is that you can store various types of wine at different temperatures to keep them under optimal conditions. For example, red wines should be stored at a slightly higher temperature than white wines and sparkling wines to preserve their flavors and quality.
