Cisco introduces a new standard for desk phones with a portfolio designed for modern office environments. The Desk Phone 9800 series has been developed with IT and facilities in mind, offering four new phone models as well as a Key Expansion Module (KEM). Each phone is equipped with the newly released PhoneOS software, which simplifies the user experience and complements our video portfolio of RoomOS devices to provide a seamless experience from the workplace to meeting rooms. With enhanced functionality, the 9800 series combines secure enterprise communication, meetings, desk reservations, sustainability, and emergency notifications into a single device. There is no need to purchase a separate device for each function; all features are integrated into each phone.

The Desk Phone 9800 series reduces complexity in purchasing, deployment, management, and training. To further simplify usage, you can use a device for Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Webex Calling, Broadworks, or other third-party cloud calling platforms.
