Celestion tweeter horn drivers feature innovative technology developed using the latest computer-aided finite element technology (FEA). The result is systems with previously unattainable frequency response linearity, very high efficiency, and excellent sonic characteristics.

  • Standard 2-screw mounting
  • Neodymium motor system with cooling
  • Wide-range, extremely linear frequency response
  • Very high sound pressure with low distortion
  • Capable of high-quality 2-way arrangements from about 3000 Hz, even with 38 cm bass drivers
  • Suitable for MRH-200 and MRH-180 horns

According to Hobby HiFi 06/2013, "The driver-horn combination CDX1-1430 and MRH-180 offers completely convincing acoustic qualities, especially phenomenally low distortion values. This makes it ideally suited for audiophile high-efficiency and high-level projects in addition to PA applications.".
