With the timer, you can set reminders to change your position every 30, 45, or 60 minutes. Included in the package are a cup holder and a headphone holder, which can be attached to various pre-drilled holes. Two cable channels, cable clips, and a U-shaped cutout at the back edge of the two-part tabletop help keep cables discreetly out of sight.
